The amount of money for books that are purchased online from www.jawahar-book-centre.com can be refunded subject to certain terms and conditions.
www.jawahar-book-centre.com penalizes the customer for the delivery and processing charges incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order. The books that have been purchased from our showroom, Jawahar Book Center, 62/1, Ber Sarai, JNU Old Campus, New Delhi, India, 110 0016, cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the showroom. The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
This is applicable to the items that are to be returned to the store. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition.
A request for return has to be submitted within 30 days of dispatch of the items. We make sure that the refund be made in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within seven working days of our receiving the returns. This is again subject to terms and conditions.
