Books purchased from www.jawahar-book-centre.com, that are requested for return within 30 days of dispatch are eligible for full refund, deducting the freight charges as applicable.
The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or exchange the books that have been purchased. Our customer can only receive the refund. Moreover, one can only return items that have been sent by us.
Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.
